Once I’ve reviewed your submission, I’ll follow up if I need more information. When I have everything I need, I’ll send a detailed quote outlining pricing, scope, and the estimated timeline. This quote is delivered via Bloom.io, the client platform I use for most quotes, contracts, and project communication. If anything needs adjusting, we can talk through it together.

If you're happy with the quote, I’ll send a formal proposal through Bloom. This includes a short contract outlining policies, timelines, and payment details. A non-refundable deposit (up to 50%) is required before I begin work.

Before starting your project, we’ll refine the overall aesthetic and direction. I’ll provide 2–3 style samples based on our conversation, helping us align on look and tone.
If your project involves calligraphy on envelopes, place cards, or other materials, you’ll need to provide them—along with 15–20% extra to account for human error and ink variations (especially for textured or handmade papers). I’ll return any unused materials to you. Need help choosing materials? I’m happy to share my recommendations.
You’ll also provide your guest list or text at this stage, and I’ll share formatting guidelines to make things easy and accurate. If you’d like help with etiquette or addressing conventions, I’ve got you covered.

When your project is complete, you’ll receive a final invoice via Bloom. Once payment is received, I’ll coordinate delivery—either shipping or local pickup, depending on what works best for you.
For digital designs (like spot calligraphy or invitations), Bloom can also be used to schedule due dates or deliver files directly, keeping everything in one place.
